Contemporary Dance T.E.E.S. Limerick

The Daughters of charity Service users engage in weekly contemporary dance classes facilitated by Dance Artist Angie Smalis.
The focus of these classes is based on Strength, control, and coordination, Discipline, Spatial Patterns and Musicality and Artistry.
The class is split into two sections

• Warm-up
• Personal expression

Classes are designed to accommodate all physical needs and are delivered in a slow pace for everyone to follow with regular breathing breaks.
Classes are accompanied by music and are approached with fun and enjoyment as priority.
