Gentle Chair Exercises Thursday

Open to all.
Low intensity gentle exercises to music which may include motor skills training.
Some equipment may be required, buckets, bean bags, hoops, tennis balls or similar, etc.
- You will need to register at least one day in advance, please provide the information required in the registration form
- Only register for the sessions that you will be attending, please unregister from the sessions if you cannot attend.
- Please join the class 10 minutes before the start time.
- You will get an email with the link to the class after you register
