Chair Yoga with Christine
This session is open to all in the Service especially those who have not tried Yoga before.
You are welcome to join Christine from the Creative Hub, T.E.E.S. Limerick on Tuesdays where she will be giving a chair Yoga class.
The class begins at 1pm but please join 10 minutes before the start time.
