An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Monday, repeating until August 30, 2021
Open to all, please register at least one day before the class.

These exercises use the whole body and emphasize core strength and stability.
Everyone is encourage to work at their own pace and level.
The instructor may not be familiar with your level of fitness, please email the instructor if exercises need modifications.
Everyone taking part in the sessions should be supported by someone who knows well their physical capabilities and support needs.
Some equipment may be required like: light weights. balls, mats etc.
Wear sport clothing and runners.
