An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Tuesday, repeating until November 5, 2024
Session open to all.
Please register at least one day before the class.
Modified Tabata style.
These exercises use the whole body and emphasize core strength and stability.
Everyone is encourage to work at their own pace and level.
The instructor may not be familiar with your level of fitness, please email the instructor if exercises need modifications.
Everyone taking part in the sessions should be supported by someone who knows well their physical capabilities and support needs.
Some equipment may be required like: light weights. balls, mats etc.
Wear sport clothing and runners.
Please register if you are interested in attending this session. Unregister from the sessions, if you can not longer attend so someone else can take your place.
Please include the information requested in the registration.
Always try to connect at least 10minutes before the sessions start.
Classes may be locked 10 minutes after the class have started.
