Session open to all, modified Tabata style.
These exercises use the whole body and emphasize core strength and stability.
Everyone is encourage to work at their own pace and level.
Some equipment may be require like: light weights. balls, mats etc.
You should wear sport clothing and runners.
Please note that as the instructor may not be familiar with your level of fitness, please email the instructor if exercises need modifications
