Kay Club Monday Limerick

The Kay Club Dance Movement Session

This session starts with Japanese Self Acupressure for energy.
This is followed up by a warm up to music and dance.
Some dances have specific movements which have been learnt.
We do Greek dancing and Irish dancing.
Most of the music is contemporary music.
The session is very energetic.
The goal is to get everyone moving and have a good laugh and a cup of tear or coffee afterwards.
