An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until May 26, 2021
Class designed for DOCDSS supported individuals.
It is open to individuals of all abilities.
Three core concepts are physical movement, breathe work and visualisation.
Intention is for all participants to use these all at the same time.
The goal is to find a place of calm and peace, the body to be more energised and to help with coping skills.
There is currently research going on between UL and DOC on the psychological effects of these classes.
