Our core value of the month is Respect.
Respect is fundamental to how we relate and communicate with one another. It is being accepting, non-judgmental and considerate. Respect looks like upholding the dignity of others, recognising and acknowledging difference, and giving people the time and space they need.

This month, I invite you to think of one thing that you can do to promote respect where you’re based. It might be making sure you are prepared and on time, not rushing with others, following through on your commitments, or taking time to actively listen and consider the perspectives of others.
