June Core Value – Creativity

Our core value of the month is Creativity. 

Creativity looks like thinking outside of the box, welcoming change and innovation, inviting curiosity and supporting self-expression. It’s being responsive and adaptable – something we might not notice often, but we do every day.

Creative acts happen daily. We do them without even knowing. This month I encourage you to ‘catch your creativity’. When you notice an act of creativity by yourself, a colleague or someone you support – try to catch it! Catch it, acknowledge it, and celebrate it. This might look like thinking on your feet or coming to an innovative solution to a challenging situation. It could even be bringing music or art into a conversation.
