Our core value of the month is Excellence.

Excellence is continuously doing our best, seeking new knowledge to learn and grow. It looks like challenging ourselves to strive for better and acknowledging success and progress. Excellence is supporting people to live meaningful, fulfilled lives.

Excellence can be present in the smallest of actions. This month, I invite you to bring awareness to a small action of excellence by someone your support or a colleague. When you notice an action of excellence, let them know. This could be in a casual conversation, at a team or house meeting, or following an important event.
