This week we say a fond farewell to our CEO Natalya Jackson.
Natalya’s vision, leadership and contribution over the last 18 years leaves Avista in a very strong position for future growth.
In her own words: “I have worked in different positions at Avista over the years, firstly in Human Resources, and the last four years as CEO. With the on-set of Covid-19, it has been an extremely challenging time for the organisation, but the resilience of the staff and the individuals we support has shone through and I am truly privileged to have led and worked with wonderful people in Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary/Offaly over the last four years.
I love Avista, the people who work here, the people we support, and what it represents – advocating for individuals to ensure that they can live their best life. You all inspire me, in your constant dedication and commitment to achieve a person-centred, rights-based, values driven organisation. Thank you for the memories.”
