Your chance to try out using Activator Poles. The poles are similar to Nordic Walking poles, walking with the poles help improve balance and mobility.
The session will be hosted by Michelle Waters (local Sport Officer) and Carmen Martinez.
The session is for all, supported people and staff from all across the Dublin organisation.
