Thank you to all involved in making Avista’s recent #JobShadowWeek such a success.
Job Shadow Week was a celebration of inclusivity and a testament of the positive impact that can be made in the workforce.
The week allowed supported individuals to create valuable networking opportunities for access to employment and gave them the chance to explore new career paths for the first time.
It was great to see the people we support getting involved with local business’ across Dublin, Limerick, Tipperary and Offaly and relishing the opportunity to get first hand insight into the world of work.
