Hand massage is a relaxing activity, it helps to strengthen hands and is a great way to relieve tightness in the hands, forearms, and wrists.
It can reduce pain and increase blood circulation. You can massage your hands yourself or someone else can do it for you.

All you need for the session is
1 Wash your hands before the session
2 Check that you don’t have any cuts or infections
3 Hand moisturizer
