This year International Day of Persons with Disabilities is on Sat 3rd December.

It is a day of celebration, inclusion and awareness. Because it is a Saturday it does not suit everyone so we are going to celebrate on Tuesday 6th.
This day is marked by the colour purple so why not come along and wear purple?
We will talk about why it is important to talk about disability rights.
We will talk about accessibility – what does it mean, how can it help disability rights
There will be a guest speaker Ms. Fidelma Corsell who will tell us about what she learned about the Assisted Decision Making Capacity Act.
Everyone is welcome to talk about things you have learned ideas you might have to help people with disabilities be included in the community. Maybe you are in college or working – let us know why this is important. Would you like to be a guest speaker at this or future meetings?
