20 supported individuals from Avista Limerick have recently dedicated hours of swimming practise and training to compete in the Munster Swimming Gala.
This competition facilitated swimmers competing in races at 200m, 100m, 50m and 25m distances in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and individual medley.
This fantastic group of supported individuals won 20 different medals and ribbons at the event. 
Massive congratulations to each swimmer involved.
What an achievement!
